Well as yall can tell by the title of this fucker, I'm more than alittle pissed at my peace of shit record store. Basically I got a call from them a few days ago saying that the Stratovarius and Primal Fear albums I ordered are no longer available, and I know dam fuckin' well that those albums aren't out of print, hell one of the Primal Fear albums I ordered was their brand new album for fuck sake, and It's been out in north america for months now, so what the hell kind of bullshit is this anyway! I guess if you're not a fan of that fag bag Kid Rock, then you're shit out of luck. Oh sure I could always try and order these releases online, but dam it! I shouldn't have to do that, as that's where I'm alittle old fassion as I'm probably one of the few who still like to actually go into a record store, walk up to the counter and say "I'm here to pick up the stratovarius cd's I ordered!", and the industry wonders why file sharing clients are so widely used. So fuck them!

If I didn't have a dial-up connection, I'd look around DC++ and see if somebody figured out how to rip the Blind Guardian double DVD in good quality. I'm getting sick of this waiting crap! I want Hansi and I want him now! Seeing as Andrea's holding him captive with something called a wedding ring and the Promise Show is ages away and I don't happen to live in Krefeld or Düsseldorf, The DVD would be the very best way to see a real person on a TV screen moving around and not be left to melt my mind away with just the voice and the hopes of an obsession-killing San Francisco show in the near future... this part should go in my other topic, but who cares, we're all bashing here, randomness is quite all right!

Well that just goes to show where the industri's mind is at, back in the 60's, hello! it's 2004, not 1964, get a clue you bunch of idiotic piss ants! and thanks to the admin for creating the bash board, so we can cuss these fuckers out!

Well, i can't really relate, as I'm not familiar with the bands you're talking about, but I can sympathize. That fucking sucks! And, you're right! You should be able to just walk in to a record store and ask for what your looking for, or get some kind of an idea where you might purchase their cd's. File sharing programs are cool, and they serve a purpose such as this one, but dammit! As you said, it would be nice to be able to go in to record store, and find what your looking for!

Well I guess this means I'm taking my paitrenege to Scrape Records, and they do have a tole-free number where you can place orders, and I know for a fact they have what I'm looking for, so to hell with Sight and Sound!

Just to give yall an idea of how fucking shitty my record store is, I placed an order for a Falconer album called Chapters From A Vale Forlorn, I got it, but it took five and a half fucking months to even get it, and I ordered it in October of last year. And the latest Iced Earth efort called The Glorius Burden, forget it, I was told it was unavailable, and I knew the album was released on Febuary24, and that was the North American Release, I had to go all the way to Vancouver to get it, and that was at the end of March, so how fucking rediculus is that! I guess if someone would order any Britney Spears cd, they'd get the bastard in two days, and that's bullshit if you ask me, you should be able to order what the fuck you want and not be hassled with bullshit like "oh sorry sure, that artist is out of print, or it hasen't come out in north america", when I know full well when the north american release dates are, so fuck that shit!

Yeah, I'm almost not a regular record store shopper anymore unless I go to Dimple Records or Border's Books and Music as they have real metal, we're talking Blind Guardian, Iced Earth, Akercocke, Nevermore, Testament, Iron Maiden... all in one perfect section so they don't lump it together with Slipknot and Mudvayne and all that crap! If I were you, I'd get some kind of a credit card active, even if it's one of those atm check card thingies, and sign up on half.com as that's my other saving grace. Still no sign of the dvd yet, aaaaarrrrrghghghghgh!!!!!
